How do I book a parking space?
With us you book your parking space incl. Valet service as you wish. A booking is possible by e-mail, telephone or simply online.
When should I be at the airport?
We ask you to be at the meeting point in Frankfurt 2 to 3 hours before your departure. However, please note the details of your airline as well as vacation periods.
Where will my vehicle be parked?
Our parking lot/garage is about 8 min from the terminal. Your vehicle will be parked in the space you selected when you made your booking.

Can I cancel my parking space ?
You can easily cancel your booking by phone or email. Please include your name and the booked period, if any. Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the park. If the withdrawal takes place later, you have to pay the agreed fee in full as compensation.
I'm running late, what to do?
We ask you to contact us by phone as soon as possible if it is foreseeable that you will not be able to make it on time at the agreed time.
What happens if something changes on my trip?
Please let us know immediately so we can reschedule as soon as possible and offer you a solution.
What do I have to pay attention to when delivering the vehicle?
For you personally, there is nothing to consider. After arriving at the airport, we will inspect and log your vehicle with you and check the return details to ensure that everything goes smoothly when you return it.

Max height 2 m.
